For more than 30 years, Community Solutions’ Directors and Coordinators have planned, developed and delivered specialized, community-based rehabilitation and support services to people with varying abilities. Since 1989, they have worked exclusively with Ontario residents who have sustained an Acquired Brain Injury.

Community Solutions’ Program Coordinators are:
  • central to the training and ongoing supervision of all Community Solutions’ RAs, CSWs and PSWs/Attendants;
  • committed to developing positive working relationships with other professionals, projecting costs, designing appropriate goals and matching the individual’s needs with the staff skills;
  • trained, knowledgeable and experienced in specialized ABI service provision;
  • participants in OBIA/Brock University-Home & Community-Based Rehabilitation Programs, Level I and II Certification;
  • focused on setting the tone and direction for the RAs, CSWs and PSWs/Attendants;
  • highly skilled in leadership and supervision;
  • active in the education and support of the individual and his/her family members or caregivers;
  • able to identify appropriate community resources; and
  • members of the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals and OBIA.
